Full-Time | Copper Hills Church

Copper Hills Church is looking for a Technical Director to lead and oversee all aspects of live production for our Sunday gatherings, special events, and Center for the Arts productions. This role is a mix of hands-on technical expertise and leadership, helping us create meaningful worship experiences where people encounter Jesus.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the production of audio, video, lighting, and livestream for services and events

• Oversee and maintain production systems and equipment

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of passionate volunteers

• Support technical needs for various ministries across the church

• Ensure services run smoothly so people can focus on experiencing God

Description: Copper Hills Church is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Manager. This role is responsible for the stewardship and excellence of the entire Copper Hills campus, including the church buildings, the Well Coffee Co., and the Center for the Arts. This individual reflects the heart of Jesus through service, hospitality, and proactive care of the spaces where people gather to connect, grow, and worship. This role includes hands-on maintenance, project coordination, safety oversight, and leadership development to empower staff and volunteers in creating an environment where no perfect people are allowed.

Job Type: Part Time

Description: Copper Hills Church is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the Facilities & Events team. This part-time position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming campus. This position is responsible for performing hands-on repairs, general maintenance and facility upkeep across all church buildings and grounds.

In addition to daily repair and maintenance work (e.g. painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry) this role also supports the set-up, teardown, and operational needs of church events. The Facilities Maintenance Technician partners with both the Facilities Manager and the Director of Events & Facility to ensure the church campus is always ready to support ministry with excellence.
